Rexnord® MatTop® chains provide a continuous conveying surface for applications demanding greater width requirements. Pins extend the full width of the chain, ensuring maximum strength and providing smooth conveying surfaces. Smaller pitch chains minimise the size of dead plates when transferring products over the head or tail shafts, reducing chordal action, which helps to eliminate container tipping and jam-ups at transfer points.
In addition, Rexnord® MultiFlex chains are unique in design and offer a variety of advantages. Its ability to flex in all directions allows for the construction of conveyors that move products continuously from level to level and its ability to operate with either corner discs or against sliding corner tracks allows for conveyor design flexibility.
