SMC Vacuum Pads
SMC manufactures a vast range of vacuum pads with pad diameters from 2mm to 125mm. We offer a wide variety of pad shapes and types, including flat, ribbed, deep, bellows and elliptical, along with varied mounting configurations. The use of buffers or ball joints in combination with a selection of specialist pad materials allow the design engineer infinite flexibility, when choosing the most appropriate pad configuration for both routine and unusual lifting application. The new MAP series pad offers a non contact solution where marking of the product is undesirable.

SMC Vacuum Ejector Products
As an uncomplicated alternative to vacuum pumps, SMC’s vacuum ejector range is suitable for a wide variety of lifting applications. Be it the simple design of in-line ejectors, the higher flow-rate offered by multi-stage ejectors, or the compactness and expandability of vacuum modules, there is a vacuum ejector configuration suitable for every application. Additionally the ejectors’ capabilities can be expanded by the addition of supply and relief valves, pressure switches and silencers into a single unit.

SMC Vacuum Valve Products
Our VQD1000-V series valve combines a vacuum supply and release valve onto one manifold with the added feature of providing smooth detachment of work without over blow, which means that there is no need to design a restrictor circuit for air release.

SMC Vacuum Filter Products
SMC’s vacuum filters prolong the life of components by preventing dirt particles from entering the product, resulting in lower maintenance costs. A range of different designs complements different vacuum generation formats and they are available with an aluminium case for heavy duty application, as a manifold, or with one-touch fittings for quick and easy installation in a vacuum line.

SMC Vacuum Regulator Products
SMC provides accurate and sensitive vacuum regulators in our IRV precision regulator series and ITV2090 series.
The IRV vacuum regulator is available in 3 body sizes 1000/2000/3000 which range in port size from 1/8” to 1/2”, with regulating pressure ranges from -100kPa to -1.3kPa.
The ITV2090 series allows for stepless control of vacuum pressure in proportion to an electrical signal. The unit also allows for the monitoring of vacuum pressure with a monitor output which can be a switch or analog output signal. The unit is available in port size of ¼” and is IP65 rated.

SMC Vacuum Switch Products
SMC supplies vacuum pressure switches in pressure ranges of ?0-100kPa to -100-100kPa. Available options are integrated switches with two colour digital LCD display (ZSE/ISE) with either switch or analog output and stand alone pressure switch (PSE) available with a separate display (PSE300).?
We also offer the option of one display, PSE200, that can handle up to four pressure switches at once.?
Compact switches are available and may be incorporated into our range of vacuum ejectors and may be supplied with a LCD readout, allowing for precise and simple set-up.?
SMC also supply specialised switches which are designed for adsorption confirmation where vacuum components are used in the transfer of product.

SMC High Vacuum Products
SMC‘s range of high vacuum valves, designed for use primarily in the semi-conductor industry, offers long service life (up to 2 million cycles), precise finishing, a choice between aluminium and stainless steel bodies, high grade seal materials and angled or in-line body design.
Both our XM and XL valves are interchangeable and both can come with a bellows or o-ring type seal.?Our XGT slit valve offers an L–motion structure and low particle generation.
